What am I doing wrong?
I started with the cleansing of all major organs. I have 3 small meals 3 times a day and 2 snacks such as banana and yogurt. I exercise 3 times a week for 1/2 hour with body treck and weight machines. I also have 3 capsules of Hoodia twice a day an hour before the meals. I drink plenty of water. I am extremely hungry and have hungry nosie in my stomach! I lost 5 lbs 2 months ago and since then - nothing else!

I don't think you're eating enough. Your body is starving and is storing all of the precious fat it can get. You need to start eating six small meals a day instead of three. This should boost your metabolism and the weight should start coming off again.

I do not know what a 'bodytreck' is, but figure that it must be some sort of exercise device. My advise is to stop wasting money on the fad exercise machines that are all over the TV and curb the fad diets. Sedentary Americans have an overreliance on TV to tell them how to look and feel better when the answer is right outside their door: it is the big world out there just waiting to be explored on foot. A brisk two- three- or four-mile walk will do wonders for your mind and body. If you own an automobile GET RID OF IT!! This will do wonders for your body and your perambulations will greatly reduce mental stress. You will also help heal the Earth which has suffered greatly due to the infernal combustion engine. Best wishes and good luck!!

It seems like you're doing a good job of it. You may want to increase your exercise if you're not seeing results. Also, you might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

One thing to keep in mind is that you are also building muscle. Muscle weighs more then fat. Don't worry so much about what the scale says and think more on how you feel and how your clothes fit. Bump up to eating six times a day. Your body needs the fuel. If you are not eating enough then your body will still store excess fat to fuel itself. Also, if you have been doing the same exact work out for over a month you body needs new challenges. If your workout seems easy for you now you need to step it up a bit. Check out www.bodyforlife.com this site is awesome and will give you so much information. Good luck.

Can you give a sample meal? How much do you weigh to begin with? Honestly, that doesn't sound like a ton of exercise.
