Example: Ecclesiastes 10:20 " Curse not the king, no not in thy thought; and curse not the rich in thy bedchamber; for bird of the air shall carry the voice, and that which hath wings shall tell the matter". Is that our equvilance of " A little bird told me"?

Well I don't think all of our little quotes are Biblically related...but maybe that one could be....

Even if that is the origin, anything that's changed as drastically as that doesn't qualify as a "quote".

There probably are biblical phrases that get unknowingly quoted, but I can't think of any off the top of my head. You'll have a much easier time finding unwitting Shakespeare quotes.

I don't think so -- it appears to be more along the line of "the truth will out." In addition to Biblical quotations, Shakespearean quotes show up in a surprising number of places, often without people realizing the source.
