I have worked in Aviation for 7 years. Flying is the safest form of travel. There are tons of automobile accidents every day. Airline crashes are few and far between. Take off & landings are the most difficult. Once you get in the air, you will not even feel like you are flying. Just relax & have fun!

i would get a night flight.. the night before do all my packing and work the day I fly this way I would be really tired.. I dont know how old u are but Id just get a shot of whiskey or something like that. Sit on the plane close your eyes.. and just go to sleep...

Have you ever flown before? Flying is awesome. When else do you get to go 35k ft in the air and travel at 300mph. There's nothing to worry about, but if your nervous take a little peach xanax, or something, your doctor will hook you up.

XANAX. Get Some. Take it half an hour before getting on the plane.
I'm not normally one to espouse drug use but for situations like this it's really a viable solution.

Take a medicine to knock yourself out about 15 minutes to half an hour before boarding, it works to relax you if not put you to sleep and will help prevent motion sickness. I personally use Dramamine, it's mild so it won't make you miss your flight.

check with a doctor who can diagnose, and give you some sort of relaxing pill...something to take your mind off of where you are..might help...
