Yes, unfortunately, a person of Jewish or Arabian ancestry may be anti-semitic. Self-hatred or hatred of one's origins/roots/ancestry is more common than most of us would like to believe and often twoo-well hidden.

Rarely , however today the word anti-semitic is associated with the word Anti- Israel or Anti Israeli policies.
Any one who stands up to Israel , be it Arab , English or even Israelis are branded as anti- semitic , to protect the government
