Did you just want us to know that, or did you want to get into shape? If it's the latter, do this:

1) see your doctor before starting an exercise program. He/she will know what you can do and can't do.

2) quit smoking if you do smoke. If you don't do it this time, keep on quitting.

3) eat healthy. Cut out snacks, especially sugary or salty stuff like candy, chocolate, cookies, crackers, etc. Add in fruits, like apples, oranges, pears, etc. Do some research on nutrition, take it to heart, and follow it. Your doctor can help here, too. Go through your fridge and kitchen, and get rid of everything that you used to eat. Drink less coffee, soda, etc, and more water. Get a 1 quart water bottle, fill it each morning, and drink that through the morning. Do the same after lunch. Keep a record of everything that goes into your mouth to eat or drink. Compare it daily to what your eating plan called for. What did you do that was different from the plan? What can you do to correct that?

4) start exercising if your doctor says so. If you can't do anything else, go for a walk. Each day, go further. When you're ready, start riding a bike. Again, each day go further. If it snows in your area, try cross-country skiing. That's a fabulous way to get exercise while being outdoors.
