Gysum sheetrock will run from .75 to 1.55 a sq.ft. Ceilings only will be more. And make sure you have an understanding as to the debris removal and sanding dirt... and there is a lot !!!

Drywallers usually don't charge by the square foot, it's done by the sheet, can be around 50 bucks in Colorado.
