Neither. There is no Jesus. The doctors are keeping her alive. Her body is trying to get her to die.

You.
For all the peopl who think Jesus wants her alive... what would have happened if she had this heart trouble 75 years ago? Do you understand that the lifespan of a citizen of a 1st world country has doubled in the past 150 years? So Jesus wanted all of theose people dead at 40 and now just happens to want everyone dead around 75 when there just happens to be surgery available?
Wow, you are really scaring me.

Funny how theists give god credit for everything that goes right, and blame humans for everything that goes wrong.
I think the doctors deserve credit for keeping your aunt alive. If it weren't for them, she'd surely be dead by now.
As for which of you is right... I'd say neither. The person referred to as "Jesus" has been dead for nearly two thousand years and is in no position to keep anyone alive, or want anyone dead.

Your Aunt is right. But the doctors have kept her alive thru the power of God and Jesus Christ. When it is her time to leave this earth, then no matter what any human on this earth does, God will take her home.

Neither...Jesus may have once walked the earth (though that is quite doubtful) but even if he did, he was just a human, and he is a long time dead.
Medical science and technology is keeping her alive, her genes, diet and lifestyle contributed to her heart disease.

Neither of you are right. Medical knowledge and technology is keeping her alive...nothing more. When her body fails she will die. I'm sorry. I might ask why you would say something so horrible to your aunt? Even if you don't believe in her beliefs it is unnecessary to be cruel.

I don't think I can add much to the good answers here, but just in case you are a christian, do not take it upon yourself to do "god's work"
and be sure to give thanks to the surgeons.
