how should i potty train my 3 years old child?

SHE S 3 years and still not potty trained and she doesn't talk clear she mumbles instead of talking a lot can't understand 60% of her talking

if she squats down to go to the loo sit her on the potty
even if she has done the biz
keep doing this she will get the message
as far as language she will talk more clearly if you talk to her face on , so she can see your face and lip movements
but she is only 3

It may sound weird but talk to your dr about getting her into speech theraphy because she should be speaking more clearier then what she is. And as for the potty training get a calender and some stickers and every time she uses the potty let her pick out a sticker and put it on the calender after so many she gets to pick out a treat out of a treat bag. Hey halloween is coming up the candy will be a good bribe to get her to use the potty.

With daughter number 1, she and an older child played "the potty game" where they would race to see who got to the toilet first.

I didn't potty train my second child.....someone else did that.

But with my youngest, I took her to the bathroom after trying everything else and out of dispair just showed her how the pee-pee came out.....used the potty ever since...It may sound gross, but some children need visual...
Also, there is a book called the potty book in pink for a girl and it talks and shows all about it.

Get her ready for it. Say to her while you're changing her diaper "You're going to use the potty soon, aren't you?"

Take her to pick out her own plastic potty and let her decorate it with stickers or things. Let her pick out her own underwear and rewards as well so she is more excited to wear them and she'll want to go potty to get her reward.

Put her in her underwear and take her off of diapers for good! No more diapers! Don't use pull ups either. That's like saying "Here's a bigger diaper you can pee in." She needs to be put in underwear and she needs to know that she is not to pee in them or she will be in trouble. Ask her every half hour if she needs to pee. If she tells you no and then later pees her pants then spank her. She should be rewarded for using the potty and punished for messing in her underwear.

I hate to say this but she should have been potty trained along time ago. And for her talking if you baby talk to her she will never learn to talk plain and you have to make her say her words plain to you make her say so you can understand her same them to her and make repeat them to you.

just leave her nappie of and leave her potty around keep sittin her on it askin her to do wee wee and give her lots a prize if she does on she will soon pick it up
