I have had hamburger meat in my freezer since this summer. I was wondering if it was still good to cook. Please let me know.

It should be still good to cook, depending on how it's wrapped.
When meat is in the freezer for long periods of time, it will get freezer burnt. The meat will not taste that great when cooked. I suggest defrosting and checking the colour of it. Also try the smell.

You should not eat any frozen meat thats been in the freezer longer then 6 months

as long as you didn't take it out and defrost it and put it back inside is fine...if the meat it still pink id say its safe..just make sure you cook it thoroughly.
