as is the scandal of the Da Vinci code, Mary was not a virgin, she was bonked by joseph and she conceived so she gave birth to jesus, who later was able to create a successful cult called christianity.

Mary is the Spouse of the Holy Spirit. Her marriage to Joseph was in name only, and for the reason of protecting her and providing Jesus with a human father. She remained a virgin for her entire life.

mary was not the wife or concubine of God. she was engaged to Joseph before the holy spirit came upone her but no way does it count as sexual

Look, obviously Mary got knocked up, and Joesph was impotent. Therefore, to cover BOTH of their "crimes", they had to make up a story. Dur.
