Wen u feel ur ready 2 initiate n sustain a relship. N work hard a it.
Or wen u feel ur really in love w d person n 2 delay wud be countering fate and/or Gods will.

I think you should start a relationship when you are completely happy with yourself and are content being single..that seems to be when you end up finding someone anyway.
It also doesnt hurt if you are mature, have your finances in order-as dating is expensive--and you know what you want in a person and what you will not tolerate.
also you should know what type of relationship you want--and what goals you have in mind..that way you wont waste someones time or your own.--say they want to get married in a year or less and you want to date a while or are just not ready for the commitment

Talk about it. I believe the most important part in a relationship is communication. Talk about it and then ask in a more romantic way later. Just don't make a intricate way of asking before you know for sure.
