Honestly, I don't think short hair looks nice on a girl at all. It's not feminine. On guys, I don't like long hair unless it's kept nice and even then I don't really like it long. What do you people think?

Well, I wasn't asking about personality. Don't put so much heart into the question. I'm asking what's nicer to look at in your opinion. I know I saw one answer that said short hair looks better on a girl but she said she had short hair. I don't know. Just from experience, it seems guys I've personally dated love long hair. They like to run their hands through it. I feel like if I were to run my hands through short hair on a girl, it would feel like touching a dude.

Short hair should be kept for Soccer Moms, lesbians and actresses who are auditioning for the part of soccer mom or lesbian.
Otherwise keep it long. Long is sexy and very womanly.

It depends on their facial shape and whatnot.
I personally have always had longer hair, but I find that short or shoulder length hair can be very appealing on females.
Long hair can be a drag and doesn't look very nice when it's improperly cared for. Same goes for males.
As far as males go, I'd have to say that as long as it doesn't go past the shoulders, it's fine with me. Bald heads look good with some people, while it just flat out looks bad on others. I'd have to say short over none, and medium over short and long.

You'll hear this answer alot "it depends on the person". and thats the truth. However if we are generalizing then I would say that Girls look better with long hair and guys with short. But there are too many exceptions are around to make it a blanket statement.

It Doesn't really matter and who says Hair counts anyway?It's da personality pple.Short hair looks good on sum pple if dey keep it groomed properly and know all the neat styles 2 wear wit short hair.Boys look very handsome wit long hair if it's neatly kept in a pony tail or braided!

Hair of any length on a girl can look good, depending on her overall style type and the shape of her face. On guys, I hate hair past the shoulders and generally prefer it rather short.

personaly I think I look better with long hair than with short hair.. but i also thinks it depends on the person... I think longer hair on a guy looks good.. Not like a mullet or anything, something a little long like, Tom Cruise etc...

I agree. Short hair on a girl most times seems boyish. I like long hair because it just seems to be more appealing. Guys should have short hair, but long hair doesn't bother me. as long as they aren't some greasy burnt out hippy.

depends on each person, some look good with short and some with long but for me now, i like it long .On guys i don't like guys with too long hair.

Sorry, but short hair on girls can look great. It is sassy and fun. And long hair on guys can look cool and romantic. I am open minded to all possibilities! :)
