I just cant get awake right, I ate breakfast and took a b12, I still feel blah, I need to be energized for my 2 year old, I feel drained.

Try something with a little caffeine and sugar. Ginseng also helps. Then do some jumping jacks and run in place. I usually do a few sit-ups and pushups as well. You don’t need to do a lot just five minutes or so of exercise and your body will start waking up. I am not sure what time it is where you are but don’t take to much caffeine after noon or you may have the same problem tomorrow. I also find that a quick shower helps wake me up.

Um...this isn't the healthiest answer, but eat some salty food. It sounds like you have low blood pressure.

You could always take a caffeine pill but make sure you take extra calcium pills too. Taking caffeine pills you will burn more calcium.
