Simple, go up to her, and start talking. Keep it as long as you possibly can. If she blows you off, then u have one of two options,
1. Keep trying [Which is a good idea]
2. Give up [Don't do that though!]
And the rest is up to her.

start talking to her just get a conversation going be nice and be your self but what ever happens there is a girl out there for you.

Just go up and talk to her. You can even start by speaking to her on a regular basis, until she becomes familiar with your face.

"Hi" seems like a good start.
