You should never "look" for signs that "a girl" is "ready to become pregnant". This should be something that is discussed time and time again. Children are HUGE responsibilities. Your second concern, about whether or not your girlfriend is or isn't pregnant throws up some flags. If indeed she is... why hasn't she told you..? The two of you should really sit down and have a long talk.

OMG, do people really have to ask this ALL THE TIME? It isn't that hard to figure out if you are pregnant. Just have her buy a pregnancy test or go to the doctor SHEESH!

look for her in bed with a guy just before she become pregnant.
