No he was prophesising about the future of the religion that bears his name.

You really like to make a mockery out of the Bible. Don't you? When Jesus said "It is fininshed" . He meant that He had accomplished what God had sent Him here to do, and that was to die and be resurrected so that you and I and everone else could be save from our sins and be able to return to our Father in Heaven!!!
