From the PATH station you take a Queensbound V train to 53st and Lexington and walk east. You get the V in the subway station that is in the same station as the Path station -- you will see signs for the subway after to get off the PATH train at the north end of the PATH stop.

There is no trains running on East side of Manhattan, only cross town. From Penn station you walk to 8 Ave and take the E trains to 51 ST and Lex, get off and walk east.

Take the V train Uptown (toward Queens) to Lexington Avenue & 53 Street and walk the last few blocks east.

The best you can do is take the Path to 33rd and then take the #6 to 53rd. & 3rd Ave. Then hoof it down and over a few blocks.
