It sucks, I know. The other person has become a part of your life, and sometimes you can equate a break up or someone leaving you to death. You have to mourn the other person and cope with them being gone. It's a process. I'm right in the midst of it too!

It means your human, if you didn't feel that way then you have no emotions and was in a love-less realtionship or do not know how to love. It also reminds us what it's like to live.
You lost part of your heart, however even though it hurt it shows that your capabiel of loving and some people are not.

because when you put your heart into something and have plans for your future and love someone loosing them is like they have died or betrayed you.All your plans for the future are destroyed and the hope that was in your heart is now gone. What can you do?Love lost! Love is like energy it can not be destroyed it just moves from place to place.

Because you are thinking about all the special thing you two did together and he may be sharing it with someone eles, think about all the negative thing so it can wash out the positive and the pain will ease.
