You have classic "Jock Itch" Try bathing daily... change you underware EVERY day. pick up some Lotramine and follow the package directions... should be gone in two weeks. But if you really want to try panties... try something in a polyester blend...

no, take a shower, let the skin air dry and wear loose clothes for a while what ever youve been doing lately youve been sweating too much, with pants too tight, try using some baby powdr to dry out the skin.

umm no....u need to get sum calamine lotion on the rash cuz if u wear panties, den ur thighs r going to rub 2gether even more and dat can b painful!
