they have license to grow marijuna for medical reasons but exceed over the limit of what your suppose to have

It all depends on the how well you can explain yourself. You said that you have a license to grow it, but you grew too much. You probably will get arrested at first, but once you explain yourself and you have proof to back you up, there's not really much they can do but to let you go!! I guess that's how our screwed up legal system goes!

You would be arrested just for having the pot because it is a federal crime.

They would sort you out later when they decide if they are going to charge you with something criminal.

It will all depend on how much over the limit you have.

Depends on who's doing the searching. If it's the feds, any amount will get you busted.

My neighbor was taken away in handcuffs--on the scene for growning it. I stood and watched it from my front door.

If you broke the law, then I would hope you get arrested for it.

what is it being searched for, what items are listed on the warrant.

Next how much too much, several grocrey bags full ?? or a few oz too much
