Our uglist reality is that when virtually any of us are given charge or opportunity of power, persuasion, predisposition or accumulation. Most caused transgression, generation over generation, culture after culture and advance after advance.
Very few implement indigenously, beyond jurisdiction of our conditions, borders and restrictions.
If our species is further allowed what do you suppose those that are we, will do. We are all given charge over what we accept and do.

This posting makes no grammatical sense, your first sentence is a subordinate opening clause with no follow through, you don't even have a relevant verb, the sentence says nothing. Transgression is the act of going beyond boundaries, which can be good or bad, a Nazi who refused to kill Jews would have been guilty of a transgression, but would you have called that a bad thing? "Indigenous" means "native to the region" as with an "indigenous population", how can you implement "natively to the region" beyond the region? In your second sentence you imply transgression is a bad thing, in your third you imply that lack of transgression is a bad thing, make up your mind. Your last sentence contains a dangling participle, you say "if our species is further allowed..." but you don't say allowed to do or be what. The sentence therefor allows for no meaning full reply, since the conditions you want considered are left out. You need to learn to speak English before you try posing philosophical questions in it.

Hmmm, well said. Still, if given opportunity I'd lead a calvary charge down a seven degree slope into the fleeing ranks of my assembled enemies!!! Oh I know it's a little bloodthirsty, but I'd still do it; oh yes; I would!
