My grandpa lived to 100. I just saw a news story saying that centarians are the fastest growing demographic in the US. I find that a bit hard to believe, but it would sure be cool if that was true! My grampa did not lead a healthy lifestyle. He ate out every day. Perhaps he could have lived longer if he cut out the fast food, lol
One thing that I know was his secret was that he accepted change in his life. He lost everything three times in his life and had to start from nothing. The other thing is that he surround himself with a network with friends and family and he would accept everybody.

A lot! Do you ever watch Willard Scott on the Today Show? There are a whole bunch he reads off every day. 100+ years of age.
