If you hate your cat why the hell do you have one? I just don't understand people who have pets and either don't take care of them and/or end up not liking them. Why don't you find it a home where it will be loved. That cat doesn't hate you. That cat loves you no matter what. Pets whether it be a cat or dog needs love just as much as you do. How would you like it if your parents hated you and made you sleep in garage? It isn't any different. Pets and animals having feelings just as we do. but it sounds like you might not have any feelings. You are probably a cold, unhappy person.
Do the cat a favor and find it home where it will be loved and where they will let it sleep wherever it wants to.

First option is to give him away to owners who would love him, cats need love for a healthy life.
Second option, you could spray something lemon scented because they dont like the smell.
I did this to stop my cat jumping on the kitchen surface and it does work.
Third option buy him a nice bed of his own and everytime he goes in it, give him a treat, he'll learn to associate his new bed with the treats and will eventually sleep in there every night.
But I really do think you should give the poor thing away if u hate him!

Get a cat bed. Add some incentives -- rub it with catnip, and heat it; a regular electric heating pad (found at most drugstores) on the lowest setting works well. Keep it clean, too.
Gently pick the cat off your bed; place in cat bed, repeat until no longer necessary. Sorry about the bad relationship.

Cats are contrary animals and if you hate that's why it sleeps on your bed. It does it to get it's own back.
Why on earth do you hate your cat anyway.

a. if u hate the cat give it to a shelter so it can find a loving home and b. if you really dont hate the cat dont let it in the bedroom!

Am I right in guessing that this is partner's cat and you are stuck with it? Tricky... I would do the shutting door bit, or shutting said moggy out at night. Not a cat person myself. Or leave your partner...

Keep your door shut at night. If you don't like that, shut the cat in the bathroom with the litter box.
