Very much possible, though for most women not highly likely. Hormonal birth control aside, your body is preparing for its next ovulation even as it's shedding the uterine lining from the last. Especially if your cycles tend to be on the shorter side, you could be within your fertile window before you stop bleeding. The fact that you were on the patch sort of makes it a crapshoot, though. The period you had was really just withdrawal bleeding like a pill period. You may or may not ovulate following it, depending on your system's reaction to the hormones and if you do, the "when" of it is also subject to your body's reaction to the hormones. Plenty of women get pregnant in their first cycle off the pill or patch.

You can get pregnant at any time. If you were on the patch for an extended amount of time the hormones are still in your body so you don't have such a high risk of pregnancy compared to someone whose never been on birth control. Yet i've known people that have been using the depo shot for years then didn't go to get their shot again and turned up pregnant within a week of missing their shot.

My period lasts for 4 days...We had sex (me & my husband) on the 3rd day of my period and yes i got pregnant!! But sadly i miscarried the baby at 5 weeks.
So yes you can get pregnant when you are on your period.

You can take a pregnancy test 19 days from the day you think you became pregnant. I found out i was pregnant though by a blood test.

Iam 6 1/2 monts pregnant with a period baby.

Penis in, baby out. Doesnt matter when, how long, or what is does while its there. I have a three pound river dancer mince-meating my insides to prove it :)

I'd use condoms until you can make sure you're not pregnant. Just to be safe.

Its unlikely with all the BC in your system, but its certainly CERTAINLY not impossible.
