I know you didn't create it, because I've heard it before. I find it is somewhat true. I've only been out of high school three years, and the people I see don't even care that we didn't talk in class. Some people are really, really nice to me. Others just ignore me like they always did. Time doesn't change everything, just many things.

If I'm not mistaken, that sounds like it is from the movie The Breakfast Club. For the most part it's true. It is important to succeed in high school though because that can help you to success in college and afterwards.
