If you want hair to grow faster, you have to take supplements that work on your body chemistry to support hair's growth and strength at its genesis.....once it has grown out, it is just dead keratin
Try GNC, they make a supplement called "Nourishair" in formulas for men and women..they are HUGE pills and you have to take 2 daily. There is also a "Hair skin and nails" formula from Andrew Lessman that you can google, that has great ingredients and is easier to swallow, made by ProCaps labs. You can also take large doses of Biotin, sometimes called Vitamin H, take no less than 2500 micrograms daily to support healthy hair growth.

Hair grows on average of a quarter inch per mo. Other things are factored in of course. In the summer hair grows faster because of vitamin d. Milk also has vitamin d, drink it daily or get some vitamins. Also scalp stimulation with finger tips or a cushion brush. This increases blood circulation which makes scalp ideal for hair growth. It also stimulates oil secreation which will make hair healthy and shiny. But to really answer your question is impossible for one, I dont even know how long your hair is right now do I!

It depends on how fast your hair grows. The general rule is that hair grows 1/2 inch per month. I'd say about a year or so.

I would think a year would work. I have always thought that men's hair grows longer than women's.
