You don't say if you have an antivirus system in your pc. If you do it is obvious not working. You can only use one antivirus sytem as it will cause serious conflict. Remove the antivirus system that you have an install this free one that is light years ahead of any other paid antivirus system out there. They will ask you for your email address so they can send you a free registration key. All you have to do is renew the key after one year. Download their their free home use one. Go to:
http://www.avast.com

If you don't think you have a virus you can download any the below excellent program that will not conflict with the antivirus program that you will be running.

http://www.emsisoft.com Download their A-Squared Malware free version. This program will remove rouge dialers, spyware adware, malware, and trojans. (no conflict with antivrus).

Likewise they also will ask you for your email so they can send you a free key. You must install the free key and the email address that you used. Their computer will verify and then will say "Go With God's Speed". and you complete the installation.
Perform a quick scan or a very indepth scan that will check all files that are compressed and hidden.

Also try: http://www.superantispyware.com This is an excellent free program an has frequent updates that you must perform on a manual basis daily or twice per day. Will scan all 175,000 objects in my system. Finds spyware that others miss.

All of the above free programs are free of any spyware or hidden embedded trojans. (I use them on my own system).

One more is: http://www.lavasoft.com Download their free Ad-adware Se Personal for home use. Another excellent program.

Good luck,
