You'll need to get a replacement D/L before you can get a rental.

The call to Loss Control is a bit disconcerting. That's generally the department that deals with dodgy claims. If you called your insurance company and told them that you "had" your truck stolen, it sounds like you paid someone to steal it so you could file a fraudulent claim! Better clear that misconception up quickly!

Insurance companies generally use their own vehicle value system based on the retail value of like and kind vehicles in your area. You will need to get your driver's license from the DMV as Enterprise will not allow you to drive one of their vehicles without proof of a drivers license. As for loss control, I've never heard that one. Ask your adjustor

yahoo autos can link you to sites to get you the value. your insurance company may have different ideas about the value. even if you do get it back it is likely it will have severe damage. you should be able to get a rental. just give the bureaucrats time.
