sure - it was a dare from my husband. He didn't think I could do it. I fireman lifted/carried him across the room. He's 6' and weighs 210 - I'm 5'5" and thicker. You use more leg muscles when you lift that way. Shut him up for a couple of hours.

Yes. I lifted my brother, he is 5'9 and weighs about 180. I am 5'2 and weigh 150. An ex that was a marine taught me the carrying tactic with half the body over the shoulders and holding on of the legs on the other shoulder.

Yes, a few. I can pick up my hubby but only for about 10 seconds. I'm 4'10, 95 lbs and hes 6ft and 170 lbs. I picked him up and just lifted him from the ground up, I didn't carry him.

Yes I have. One time my exhusband came to my house and tried to kidnap my son which he had not even visitation rights to at the time and I picked him up and threw him out the door. I actually ran with him on my shoulder for about 20ft or so. I wanted to ram him into the door but it was open so oh well he didnt get a broken back Moms can do things that they normally cant when it comes to their babies. I am 5ft and weigh about 90lbs. He is 5ft 8 and weighs about 190lbs.
