Well sounds like he's a little frustrated about something cause he knows he left them out. Maybe you should try and find out whats bothering him for him to just trip over some tools he left out. Men just don't pour their problems out like we do so it's our job to find out what bothering them.

Even though he left them out, he still doesn't wan anyone to touch them. Tools to men are like toys to kids. All you can do is tell him he should have put them away.

seriously? my sister in law says that all the time about my brother. it must be a guy thing.

he left the saw out several times. their 4 year old got it and was chasing the dog with it.

she hid most of his stuff. been over a month, she still wont tell him where all of it is.

and yes, he blamed her.

My husband does the same thing. His reasoning..."Men fix things, we don't break them". I think it's because they expect no one to touch what doesn't belong to them, regardless of the person's age. Explain to him if something is important enough to him to treat his family poorly over, he should put them up.
