I am 5'11 and I weigh closer to 150. I play softball and played b-ball in high school and college. I work out at least 3 times a weeks. If I didn't I would probably weigh a lot more. I think that the healthy ideal weight would be between 140 to 170 depending on bone structure and genetics.

To be perfectly honest, it depends upon several factors and is more a question of healthy or unhealthy vs. normal

1. age
2. bone structure
3. body type
4. athleticism (meaning do you workout)

I have seen clients around your age weigh 135 - 170 and be at a healthy bodyfat level.
