Whenever my day rots, i go down to the river with a lawnchair, and relax. watch the sunset.
this does wonders to calm you down, and get you over a bad day. for full effect of this miracle charm, follow these rules.
Jay's Rules For a Bad Day Remedy
1) Go alone
2) don't leave your cell phone on
3) don't bring an iPod
4) bring a ice cream shake with plenty of napkins, just in case.
5) watch the full sunset, and sit there with pleasant thoughts.
Sooner than you think, your bad day is cured. enjoy. for help with #5, think of a great day or time you had. think about how perfect it felt, recall the scenario, and bask in the enjoyment. your bad day will melt away.

My closet, usually. It's not so bad. I've got a small frdge in there & all kinds of snacks. Works for me.

my bed. i curl up, watch tv, sleep and relax. to try and calm my mind from my bad day...think that is what i am going to do today!
