Yes - it happened at a 40th birthday party - we locked eyes across the room - he was tall and gorgeous wearing a beautiful ralph lauren pale pink shirt - we stared at each other for a few mins - he smiled - I got all hopeful - and then his fat ugly minger of a girlfriend arrived and kissed him. Unfortunately my mystery man ended there! For some horrible reason the thing he was going out with stands out more visibly in my mind than him!! xx

Yes. I was with friends at a rather large party. The first thing I noticed was his smile and how his eyes would light up. His actions seamed to be of one who was sincere even though he was drinking at the time. I never did get brave enough to approach him, and never saw him again. I still see his smiling eyes in my dreams sometimes, and the romantic in me wonders what if.......? But that is life. Full of lost moments and then you move on.

He was well over 6' tall, dark hair and green eyes wearing a lumberjack shirt, jeans and leather boots.
It was a barn dance in the middle of winter way out in the back of beyond and I saw him the moment I walked in there. He was dancing so I got up and joined in and eventually we got to dance together. A shock ran up both our arms when we clasped hands.
The next time we touched I asked how tall he was (and felt so stupid doing it) and he replied "6 foot 5, how about you?" I managed to saw 5'4" before we were parted and at the next break he came over to chat. Only trouble was that I was with my current partner.
At the end of the night it was snowing heavily and I wanted to say goodnight to him, but got rushed out of the building to get into the car and I never saw him again.
That was in 1983 and I never even knew his name.

Great question, but why do you want to know about clothes and stuff? By the way, to answer number 1, that is called necrophilia and is, unfortunately for some, illegal in most of the world.
P.S. can anyone that sees this please look at my Questions in love and try to answer them, by searching:

Sad for I knew he would never notice me for I'm a plain gal surrounded by swans. He had sice muscle tone, clurly sandy brown hair, rugged face, was my age. Wasn't at a party but in a class of mine. I felt like stalker a for everyday I sat where I could see him eat but only imagined saying all the sexy things I could say to get him to like me. Sigh. I'm the invisible woman except when it comes to being on the internet. I knew he would never want plain me anyway.

I think we have all had those moments when we are attracted to someone as they have "something about them" and are unable to persue anything as we have been too shy etc. I think its not what they are wearing so much as the chemistry you remember, and perhaps it was better not to meet them as they might have been a huge dissapointment!
