Our preacher is a man, but a woman heads the Sunday School Department. As a matter of fact, it's just women on the Sunday School Department. I believe my church allows women to become ministers.

I believe in the bible...I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Women do not hold the Priesthood in our church, that is reserved for worthy males only.
women do hold callings of responsibility though...Relief Society presidency, Primary Presidency, Young women's Presidency, and many others in those specific "fields". I myself am an advisor to the Young Women group ages 12-14. It was a calling from the Lord, not an election or a "i want to be that". It is very fun, spiritual, uplifting, and I learn a lot having this calling.

Define minister.

I'm a Catholic. We have women ministers, but they are not ordained priests. Big difference.

There is no difference in many Protestant sects. Other Protestant sects are on the virge of division due to the call for women ministers.
