Well I am looking at Law Enforcement as my major. In my second year of College. An when I am done with College. I was thinking going into Law Enforcement in the military. Which can help me when I go to apply for a job in Law Enforcement in the U.S. Or I can stay with the military. Just got my interest.

Asking for information won't sign you up. You're smart to be looking for information now. You can see what's out there and work towards what you want. Since you're in your second year of college, you probably have too many credits to be eligible for ROTC. But there are other options out there. For the Navy, there is a Bachelor Degree Completion Program that will pay you approximately $2500 a month to complete your degree. It's rarely taken advantage of. I'm sure the other services have something similiar.

Just to fill you in. If you become an officer in the military and you are trying to get Law Enforcment experience it isnt going to happen. For the most part the enlisted are the ones out on the road doing patrols and the officers and sitting at there desk signing papers.

Another thing. If you want Law Enforcment experience your best bet would be USAF. The other branches and either port security or are in the field getting the training needed to go overseas.

Best bet. Go to your local 4 year college that has Army, Navy or Air Force ROTC and talk to them. They will talk to you about becoming an officer. Better pay and treatment plus your college is partially paid for and scholarships are available.

Visit their websites at www.army.mil, www.navy.mil, www.usmc.mil or www.usaf.mil

Don't forget to check out the Coast Guard as well. Much better duty stations than all of the others but same benefits.
