This Doctor has cost my sister her health and will most likely die from his failure to fiulfill his responsibilities to this patient. Any help would be most appreciated before this dentist has another opportunity to ruin another life. Thank you.

You can go to the state board web site in KY and you will be able to find out if he has any prior claims against him.
I wish you would remove his name from this site, because he is not able to present his side fo the story.

There is no free info on the web. The state board is required to report to you if there have been any complaints against that dentist. I would suggest you file a complaint yourself, so that they can investigate your lofty claim.
And I know you are upset, but you should really take his name and addy off of that question. That is uncalled for.

yeah sam is right, you can be held VERY responsible for posting negative comments about a person if they are deemed to be untrue and since you posted his name and phone number on here it might already be too late.
you'd hate to lose your sister and then all of your earthly possessions on top of it.
also, ask a question to us about the situation to see if it sounds like it really his fault. give us some details.
