That is not the question? Being a coward or a hero. Committing suicide is not going to solve your problems. It is a terrible act. Better deal with all the difficulties and exit the world as a winner when your time comes. Please, please, please seak help and pray. You will not always stay in that dark place. I can guarantee you that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I have been there many times. Good luck.

It is the most cowardly act. Think of all the people you will hurt. It's not a maybe, it's a definite. And those you leave behind have to live with that the rest of their lives.
You are only a coward IF you go through with it. Everyone has had a suicidal thought in their life. Most just get help and don't act on it.
Until you get help in person (which needs to be immediate) you can go here:

I woudlnt call it cowardly because most people are afraid to do it.
I would call it very selfish. Because the family and friends left are devistated by the loss.
Also, the act is a call for help and disperation. Anyone feeling suicidal need to reach out for some mental health care asap.
Depression is caused by a chemimcal imbalance in the brain. It can also be circumstantial and be a brief moment of dispair.
Depression and anxiety are an illness just like having a cold or the flu. There shouldnt be any shame in asking for help.
Medication and some counseling is helpful getting a person out of their depression. Also, reprograming your brain to think positive & realistically helps undo negative self talk that has been a habit, caused either by self loathing or by the words of others.
We just have one life to live. I encourage any one who is depressed to get the help they need.

No, it doesn't make you a coward at all, just someone who really doesn't want to do this. You need to talk to someone, taking your life is not a solution to anything. You were put here for a reason, and must live for that reason. I know life gets unbearable many times, but there are answers for everyone. Talk to someone close to you, mother, father, minister, counselor, best friend, anyone but you have to get serious when thoughts of suicide enter your mind. It is not an answer. There is never a problem so great, that a solution to it cannot be found. Life is precious, don't throw it away, you can help someone else one of these days. Please listen to what i'm saying.

No, not at all. Lots of people are scared to die. The point is that those who choose suicide are seen as taking the easy route instead of struggling hard with the rest of us. Choosing not to commit suicide is in no way being a coward. Keep your head up.

To survive depression is the bravest thing I know. People do commit suicide - they are not cowards, they are desperate and suffering.
Talk to someone if you are feeling suicidal. Dial emergency services. Do anything you can to avoid that final escape.
The feelings you may have now will and do pass but you need help and support to help you through these. It is very tough to have those feelings on your own.
Hang on tight, the storm will pass, you are stronger than you know.
You really are.
Take care

Suicide is one of the worst things ever made of a people.
They make suicides because they have too many problems and too many things to do.
Listen...do not commit suicide.
Even if you have many problems they can be solved. If not enjoy the life. You have only one life so waste it as better as you can.
If you die now you will not get any things in future(maybe become a rich guy/girl,win on a lottery, make childrens, get married).
Those are all these things...better don't do it-it's not worth of whole life.

When I'm down, and believe me it happens very often,I just think that nothing is forever.A bad period won't last forever and a good period won't last forever either. We all are human beings and for all of us there are only two certain things. That we were born and that we will die one day.Soon or late it will happen to everyone and this is probably the only fair rule because there is no discrimination.Just try to resist and to rescue yourself.the key is inside you and only you can do something.Of course medicines can help a lot but in the end you have to find a reson for living by yourself.
Good luck mate and also think that everybody in the world has got at least a person who love him/her and for this person you shouldn't do it.

Listen don't do it, life is too great to let go. Let me tell you something from the religion side of it, they say life is a test and how you are in this life determines where you are going to be in the next, now committing suicide you have failed and you don't want that.
