Sure. Beauty comes from the inside out. A large woman doesn't mean she isn't attractive and a great person. Us men are pretty shallow most of the time, which is why we seem to prefer skinny girls. It really isn't what she looks like, but who she is that is the attraction.

I've found that although a lot of guys will say they prefer skinny girls, it's often peer pressure. Amongst my male friends, the older ones are far more likely to say that they like 'a bit of meat on the bones' since they don't give a monkeys what anyone else says anymore. My boyfriend met me, fell in love with me and continues to adore me and I'm a size 14-16. He's an attractive guy and I've asked him before why he doesn't go for the petite woman- he simply says that he loves me (and my boobs!!!) just the way I am. That's good enough to convince me that not every boy has to have a stick insect for dinner...

I think it all depends on the guy. Some do and some don't. I have never been under a size 14 since i was in 8th grade and I have had plenty of b/fs. Some guys mind and others look way beyond the size of the girl and look inside to the more important things.

I dont agree that men like thin women. Men like well filled women and thats a fact of life. A man initially goes for the looks and then goes into the intelligence etc ( that is if he has the brains or not). I really do not think that asize 14 or 16 will make much of a problem for any guy who takes a fancy for you and there is no reason to feel that you are being looked down because of your size.. Being a guy, I can vouch for that.

My wife is a size 14 and she is beautiful. I am lucky to have her as my wife. Other men look at her and marvel that she could be 55 years old and look as good as she does.
But, what's more important is not that she is a size 14, what's important is that she is a great person, with a great personality, she's friendly and caring. Anybody would love her. I'm sure you are the same kind of person.
Be nice, have confidence and be clean, then others will always appreciate you.

Obviusly girls can be attractive if they are that size!!!!!!!!
hollywood is waaaaayyyyy wrong about what they think beauty is! Have you seen tv lately? they ar eso many "stars" that are anorexic looking. They are like a stick. Nothing in front nothing in the back. but i can say that in high school its knida different. Most guys go for the smaller girls, where im from. But dont sweat it b/c it changes after high school.

It doesnt matter how skinny,or big a girl is.People look at big girls, and they say rude, nasty things about them.I am a skinny girl, but im stickin up for bigger girls, because its not all about looks. Why do guyz even go after all skinny girls anyway?. there are alot of gorgeous big girls, and people dont even pay attention to their faces,or personalities. All they look at is how big their body is. Some people cant help the way they look,so dont make fun,or ignore the big girls.

Hey, listen. It comes from within. The peace and joy that you own inside shows through your eyes and actions and will attract the right type of people to you. You really don't want a serious relationship with someone who is so shallow that all they value is looks or size. Be confident, be at peace and do what you really enjoy doing and DON'T hitch your wagon to someone else's star.

Heck yeah! It depends on a woman's height, build, athleticism, etc. Big and sloppy is just as bad as too thin. Healthy, toned, and happy. Sounds about right to me! At 6' tall, and at 12.7% body fat, I wear a size 12....so even when I'm not killing myself working out, I look good in a 12 or 14....
