how much is the average teen supposed to weigh? or does it go by height? i feel fat, i think i am... am i? i'm 5 ft, and weigh 119 lb.s
i used to weigh 105, and thats like my lowest, i wanna get back to that... anyone wanna tell me im fat? or diet suggestions?

Hun, you're fine at 119, but please be careful if you decide to go back down to 105. Talk to your doctor about a healthy weight for you, he/she can tell you the truth and if you do decide to diet, the doctor can also give you some healthy instructions on losing weight. At 119, you're obviously not fat. Myself, on the other hand am fat and something that makes me feel better is to eat healthy and stay away from junk. Eat fruit that gives you energy and drink plenty of water. And avoid taking diet pills, they do help but they aren't good for you! You don't have to be paper thin to be beautiful, real beauty comes from inside.

You are at the perfect weight for your height. Pls pls do not lose any more weight. If you do, you will look sick. YOU ARE NOT FAT!!
