I had a root canal on my back tooth and they filled it or some thing but they never put the "cap" on it. I was going to wait to have that done. Any ways I was eating last night and I broke half of that tooth off and it hurts like hell. I never have felt pain like this before. I kick box and have been kicked in the balls before and still think my toothache might be worse. I will not be able to go to the dentist until Friday. what can I do. Im 2 sec away from trying to just pull the tooth out my self. Oral gel dose nothing. over the counter pain meds do nothing and I cant get any sleep with this pain. what can I do?

Firstly you dont know pain till you get an ingrown toenail and secondly this may seem obscure but ts a pressure point trick just not the most convenient. what you do is pinch the skin between your thumb and index finger and that should help relieve the pain to a certain degree but as i said its not the most practical but as i have weak enamel and so im prone to tooth aches quite frequently this can help.

i have some bad/cracked and broken teeth from being punched. and I know all about tooth pain. If you cant get into see a dentist for a while i would recommend you do what I did. a few things that will help with the pain. 1: Benzocane, get it at any walmart or kmart, 2: Coolmint Listerine. The high acidity + the mint will cool and numb out mouth. dont swoosh it around in your mouth, just put some in your mouth and leave it on the side that hurts for about 3-5 mins. I did this for about 4-5 months till I could get in to see a dentist.

This is what I did it my seem that it does not work but it did for me after about 30 minutes you will feel better
Get a thorn from a rose
poke on your gum where the teeh is at
very little until you see a little blood come out
and then just sit and wait for pain to go away

let me start out by telling you_I am right there with you_ I am terrified of going to the dentist and have had rootcanals done, without capping them right away and just never go back because I hate them so much. Well being the dumb *** I am, it caused my teeth to be all sorts of f-ed up. I know have $13,000 in work that needs to be done to my teeth(not including getting my wisdom teeth pulled) all related to cavities, fillings, root canals, crowns, and gum treatment(and no thanks to my family genetics).....MY ADVICE.......go to the ER and tell them how much it is killing you and that you can't eat or anything and most likely the doc will give you enough painkillers to get you through the next few days.......!!! Good luck and I'm SO sorry, I do know the pain you are going through.
