As a christian you should do everything without complaining or disputing Philippians 2:15.
As a christian you are there to do your job and be a light in the process.
part of being a christian is to serve. I have had a tough time working with people who claim to know the Lord yet when it came to actually doing work they failed miserably.
When you are a christian and don't do what you are supposed to do you bring shame to your Heavenly father.
The younger generation seems to embrace the idea that everything should be easy and they should not have to work hard,
and that is why marriages fail also but that is another story.
My manager says you are here to work if you don't like it leave you know what she is 100% right. Thank you for posting this.

I'm sorry to hear that. I heard a man of God say he didn't mind bottle feeding the babies (feeding God's sheep like Jesus told Peter to). It's when he has to part the whiskers to stick in the bottle that we have a bit of a problem on our hands.
Some people never get past the new birth. They never desire the sincere milk of the Word that they may grow thereby (1 Peter 2:2). They don't go to the Word, they go to lukewarm churches that cater to Christians who only want to go and have their ears tickled and their pews powdered - or they don't go to church at all. Are they born again? Only they and God know. Will they grow? Not as long as they aren't feeding on the Word of God.
My advice? Check for maturity.
EDIT: The Bible encourages hard work and no complaining, by the way...

Don't go around them. THE BIBLE says for us to "come out from among them" anyway. The word of God is out guide, it's our road map. What else would we use? Don't hate on Christians because you don't understand how we believe the word. I'm sure you all have traits others don't like about you as well. Nobody's perfect. Good Grief!

Sorry to hear about your bad experiences. Remember that no Christian is perfect. Be careful not to stereotype Christians as that. Not all of us are like that. I, for one, am not. I am thankful for all I have and am appreciative everything God has done for me. From what it sounds like, it sounds like they need to renew their mind with the Word of God some more because they have a victim mentality. They shouldn't because God doesn't teach us to have one. Jesus came to give us life and life more abundantly. Ref to John 10:10

I only find it hard to deal with them because they use the bible to explain the bible. which would be the same reasoning as using a word to explain the definition of the word. common sense doesnt work that way. they dont understand that regardless to what they quote, those of us who dont believe the bible, arent going to start believing... its like if i were to take a fairy tale book, quote it, does that mean its all true? get real...

Yes for the most part. I'm just a bit tired of being 'blessed' is all. =/
I just want to work...not listen to rants about how great god is...(no I'm not exagerating - they do this at my place of work)

If they do something right and you thank them, does it not annoy you if they turn around and thank God? Do you not want to scream 'I said YOU! Do not deny my authority!'
