I'm not extremley overweight, just have a few (10) extra pounds I need to lose.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

dont trip over 10 lbs... just start eating better and walk or run it will come off over time and by the way no one will notice a 10 lb weight loss

stick to a 1,500 calorie diet and eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. The ten pounds should come off in a breeze.

I'd have to lock myself in a room with just a small slot to pass a small calorie meal through. I totally suck at this.

wanna loose it in a week? Do a detox! here's something that will clean your blood stream your stomach,liver,kidneys! while loosing you 10 lbs!

drink lots of water!!!
and do some cardio at least 30 mins...
my fav is cycling...
i will go cycle 10miles or so in bout 30 mins..
at first i started doing 2miles as fast as i could...and gradualy built up...
durning the summer my peak was 18miles...but vacation slowed my down....sadly..
