shades of red or purple would be cool...but I hear those wash out a lot. My best friends hair sounds like yours and she put in blonde highlights and those look pretty nice actually. Def talk to a stylist too though to make sure the color will show like you want it to.

Try caramel, copper, or you could even go deep red to Burgundy. I love Sharon Osborn's hair.

I think that orange or red higlight would look good on you. My friend has got black hear and she got orange highlight.

I wouldn't do any 3-4 shade lighter than natural, it will prboably be VERY gold, you'll have to tone it

Whatever looks good with your skin. I'd hate to suggest something and it looks aweful because it doesn't match your skin. I'd meet with a professional colorist and listen to their suggestions.

a little lighter burnette, like caramel because you dont want to go so light that it looks fake and gross, but if you did a color that is a little lighter than you natural color, it would look really good and also natural looking
