On Sept. 11, 2001 someone else's beliefs caused me a great deal of anguish that lasted for years. What you believe matters, because it has a great effect on how you conduct your life.

So believe the best things possible. And then do them.

How a person lives their beliefs may affect you. For example if they believe how you practice your beliefs is wrong and for example you are a minority in your community - others can make life quite difficult. For examples see how the Nazis treated the Jews, Jehovah's Witnesses, Poles and other minorities in their regime.
Or you beliefs may make you reach out to help others even if they don't believe like you do. See news articles about groups that helped Hurricane Katrina Victims.

personally I do not really care what anyone else beliefs are. GOD is to big to be in just one place and there are many paths and ways to get to ones destination and no way is better than another as long as one arrives at their destination.

It only matters when they push it and use it as an excuse.

I do like to debate it though. If that isn't what you are looking for, this might be the wrong place.

think of you're jogging with a buddy and stop at an intersection. Your buddy keeps going, blind to a automobile dashing his way. What do you do - you shout "pay attention" or circulate out and get him. that's the comparable with Christians who inform you approximately Jesus. they suspect it actuality, as much as you may have faith that automobile replaced into coming at your buddy replaced into actuality. the actuality of Jesus incorporates people who don't have faith will perish, so alongside the line of the analogy, your acquaintances p.c. to shout "pay attention - have faith in Jesus" so which you would be able to locate the risk. no count if or no longer you have faith has no incentive interior the verbal substitute, its that your acquaintances (or whoever is telling you) have faith it as actuality and consequently p.c. to save you. you have faith that "Jesus did no longer exist" is actuality, yet that actuality has no result on every person so which you do no longer could "save" every person with that suggestions. As for data, properly, tutor to Christians that it is not actuality So till you tutor that, you have have been given no data on your assertion of "Jesus did no longer exist" to push every person else into believing in any different case.

It wouldn't, if there were several ways to God, but there is one way. Jesus is the way to salvation according to the bible, so everyone should at least hear the gospel and the plan of salvation, then make up their mind.
