I want to know were in the world is the cheepest to live with the best benifit to the people like medical and school and has the highest rate per american dollor like one of our dollar would be 10 of theres and have a low cost of living expecnes as well

I have heard that Costa Rica is a great place to live American Dollar wise. You might have to ask on a traveler forum for specifics to ex-pats about what country has the best benefits school wise and healthcare wise.

Many people work in st louis and stay here. A good example is Bob Costas. great place to raise kids and excellent schools in the otter limits of the Area. Universities like Washington U and St Louis U. Washington U is in top ten medical schools in US. We have very cheap rent and almost always has the cheapest gas in country. Employment is also very good

you could research chile and costa rica...probably costa rica would be the best for its location near the US
