NOT FAST. That is not healthy. Did you gain the weight fast ? Then don't plan to lose it fast. Plan. Eat better, drink a lot of water and do something. Exercise, walk, ride a bike... anything. Eat breakfast and make it healthy. That means not donuts or McDonald's. Eat healthy snacks so the urge wont hit you to eat garbage. Did I say to eat breakfast ? That is the most important meal of the day. When your body is hungry, it doesn't burn calories as well. It holds them in case it needs them. Skipping breakfast actually has the opposite effect of losing weight. Eat and you burn more calories.

Easiest exercise
You have to ascend and descend the 3 floors of your building for 6 - 8 times in a single go in morning . It will make u feel tired and wet in sweat. But this is a good sign . Dont walk ..Run on floors. This will reduce 5 kgs of your weight. in week.But be regular. at least a week to c the effect.

im the same exact and i have to loose weight too. i am the same as you but i have lost 4 lbs already. it depends wht your body is used to. i have lost it by eating a protien shake in the morning or a protein bar.
eat what ever you want for luch so you can at least eat what you want sometimes. or when u have skool your friends dont have to know your on a diet.
and for dinner eat a protien like meat just make sure its not fatning...

Cut down your calories by 500 each day to lose a pound a week. Double it to 1000 calories to lose 2 pounds a week.

you have to go slow, if not you will gain them back
eat lean meals, low carb, drink enough water
