There is no question that a man can love a woman eternally. There is also no question that a man can be in love with the same woman eternally. There is also no question that a man can be monogamous throughout the whole marriage.
However, the reason that men and women have wandering eyes is because we are genetically programmed to mix up our gene pool as much as possible. We all have a voice that tells us to have sex with as many partners as we can, in order to continue the variety of DNA.
However, most of us also have enough self control to see past the sexual attraction, to recognize the importance of love and marriage, forsaking all others, as the saying goes...

Ok, I'm not a man but...
Love isn't the same as sex. So, a man most certainly can be interested in other women, flirt with, look at and even think about other women while he's married but still LOVE his wife.
Acting on the above shows a disrespect for your wife, for your marriage vows and for your family. Disrespect is not love.
Love changes over time. The way a man feels when he proposes changes the day he is married, the day he has children and as he and the relationship grows and changes. You can definitely love one woman your whole life but only if you give 100% to her and to the relationship.

I think you're just trying to stir things up. It's kind of presumptuous to assume that all men are "interested in other women after marriage." That could be a you-specific problem. True, men will still notice that a woman is attractive. That's natural; but it's not the same as being *interested*. Do you understand? That's about as "exact" as I can get with such an ambiguously stated question...

Sweetie, I love my wife more than anything else in this cruel world, and I would do anything to protect her. I would have not married her if I did not think that our love, and relationship would be eternal. We both made a promise to each other, and we both are planning on keeping that promise.
Our goal is to keep the spice in our life on the up and up, we never let our love get drab and boring.

Men, by nature are predatory. They search the horizon looking for the perfect mate. Male dogs, cats, chimps, birds, bugs, humans, you name it. The problem with the male human is that he lives in society, has evolved and has been brainwashed that it is not natural to want more that your wife. Look at ancient Egypt, Rome, Greece, they all had covens, many many wives, but each ruler had one wife he held above all others. You can love one woman eternally, and still covet other women, even have other women, it is not right in our society of today, but it is possible.

Yes, absolutely. One can be sexually attracted to others and choose to remain faithful. Love is a higher emotion than lust. I have always and will always love my wife. I hope her face will be the last thing I see in this life.

If you truly LOVE her and are truly IN LOVE with her and she is the same with you, it will be eternally. The fact that you're asking says you don't and aren't. You don't have to ask, you just know. No other woman even comes close to her in your eyes and mind.
