in a patient with red &very swollen uvula which is less possible?
streptococcus group A / enterovirus / hemophilus influenza / allergy and why?

It would be helpful to look at associated symptoms: high fever and white spots on the mucosa would be associated with streptococcus. Fever also likely with hemophilus and possible with enterovirus (seasonal, most likely in summer-fall). Allergy is rarely associated with fever, and should have other symptoms like watery eyes, runny nose, rash, etc.

Allergy, because there would be more outward symptoms and there would be swelling elsewhere besides the uvula. It's strep.
