you need to be a Legal Allien (green card) for at least 5 years to be able to apply, than it will take you about 2 more years to the Big Day. good luck

If you are married to US citizen and have been married to the same one for the last three years, you can apply now. If not, you will have to wait two more years.

go to your local immigration office to ask. The laws are changing so rapidly every day or you could retain an attorney to assist you which would be the best bet.
