If you mean by "coming to an end," that the world will cease to exist, or that humans will go extinct, then no I don't think so. If you mean coming to an end in the sense of "will things change drastically in the next few decades," then yes I think so. I think the world as we know it is going to be changing, but no-one can say exactly when, or what the world will look like after the change has taken place. Change, I should point out, is not necessarily a bad thing. It is simply the way the world works. Whatever happens, we will adjust to it, and find ways to live our lives.

Not to get on a religious soapbox or a doomday person... if you read what is written in the Bible..about the latter days,, and then you read what is written by the ancient Egyptians,, Incas,, Mayans, Aztec, and Native Americas,,
Then, read what has been going on for lets say the last 10 yrs, events,, and roll it all up and study on it..
Yes, I think that one could make a clear objective statement that this world is coming to and end....
The ancients say 2012 is the year??? but who knows..but the Man above....

The end for your living in this old world maybe near. However this old world has been here for a long time and unless the sun blows up or a comet drops by I think it will be around for a lot longer...

Nope, the human race is coming to an end. The Planet will go on for billions of years after we have all killed each other off. In the history of the planet, we are a lightning flash in time.

I really don't know in my opinion, but others may think of it because of the news that has been going on around lately. Like in Saigon..the statue of Virgin Mary was crying blood and others even saw it, so that was a little bit creepy (some think of it as a sign).
And in California......the chocolate facotry has goen mad! All the chocolate has meltd into a strange shape....a shape of virgin mary..it was like a statue of Virgin Mary......only in chocolate and if u think about it....how can chocolate instantly melt into a shape? Pretty scary uh? It was on the news everywhere....if u heard about it and actually saw it. It looked extra scary!
